Does anyone know were I can get info for the Coolsat 5000? this thing is always going down, and or freezing up. I was told that the best minds around are here. thanks

There is a new bin 170 that is an improvement addressing the freezing issue.

Thanks Bob, I am just a a beginner at this and have little or know idea what too do. I pay to have it programed and it goes down two days later. there must be a better program??? HELP

Unfortunately the support for the 4,5,6 models is usually slow in coming. CS has discontinued making these stbs so therefore bins files are usually late in coming. We are at the mercy of the providers and bin makers as to how long we are up for. This site has all the pgms and info you need to do this yourself, and to be honest it is fairly easy to do. You would have to upgrade your membership in order to get downloads from here. One of the biggest advantage to being a paid member here is that during high traffic times you can log on here and get the latest files as they are released.
