well, when I moved to newport beach, there was a few other neibors in the condo complex from my home city and we all hung toghther. they started calling me Reverend *** cuzz of my booming voice and my opinions. Then they shortened it to RevEdo and now it is just Rev or Revy.

who lives in a pineapple under the sea? absorbant and yellow and pourous is he?... yeah i know it's kinda silly, but the kirk comes from my last name and the bob from my first. it was my login for oracle for ages...kirkbob. once sponge bob came out it was all down hill from there. the people in my office nick named me "kirkbob squarepants" ....i actually kinda like it.

gyps is the shortened version of agypsygrl...not a girl now but agypsywoman ?? jeeze nah too much..I love to travel and I borrowed the gypsy from someone that used that in their nick..Had to change from my very first one due to someone threatening me online, got real ugly,
Then I pulled up in search "agypsygrl" and OMG...think I need to come up with another one from some of those I read.

It is really great to read about some of the people who I have been lucky enough to meet and discover how they got their names
Back in the real radio days... days of broadcast radio, you were encouraged to not use your real name. I was in radio for almost 20 years
I have always collected natural minerals and rocks, hence the "Crystal" part...
and I have always been fascinated with dragons, so there you have the "Dragon" part...
I have used Crystal Dragon for online games, email and other websites where I needed a user name.
After a very difficult and rough part in my life, one of those names has become my legal name for over 9 years now
... and now, you know the REST of the story!!! |
