Click on User CP at the top of the page and then go into edit avatar, you can pick one there or upload your own. Just a note you should start your own thread if you need to ask something.

Let me know what you had in mind for an aviator, and I can see what I can come up with, and post it here for you.

Just right click on it, save it on your computer somewhere. Then click on "user CP" "edit aviator", go to the place you saved it, and add it.
