kind of silly but try it - ABA DSS

Just try this. It is from an orthopedic surgeon............ This will boggle your mind and you will keep trying over and over again to see if you can outsmart your foot, but, you can't. It's preprogrammed in your brain!

1. While sitting where you are at your desk in front of your computer, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number '6' in the air with your right Hand. Your foot will change direction.

I told you so!!! And there's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so. Send it to your buddies to frustrate them too.

lol this brings back memories of my dad having me and my brother trying something similar with our hands and circles at the dinner table. I worked and worked at that as a kid and finally could do it. So long story short i was able to do your little scenario lol The trick to it is look at your foot and make the 6 in the air out of sight. May take one or two tries but you'll get it.

haha yeah i hear ya but it also doesnt hurt to be a drummer either lol gooly should have no problem with this one. It would help him not to look at either the foot or the hand and the rhythm in his head will do all the work for him.
