java chat - ABA DSS

Im trying to open the java chat popup and keep getting a error-
Connecting...
Unable to connect : java.net.NoRouteToHostException : No route to host: connect

does any know whats going on and how i may be able to fix this to use this application?? i never had this problem before..

Maybe you need to download the Java srcipt.

Yeah you need this:
Download Free Java Software - Sun Microsystems

Install it and try the chat again.

That worked great for me yesterday had no problems.
But today is a new day and a new error......
Does anyone know any thing how to use this system and not have errors and how do i fix this one????

Error : Closing Link: [xxxxxxxxx] Z:Lined (xxxxxx- is blacklisted due to open proxies.

This means you got denied an entry on the channel.
Are you connecting to our sites channel or you are trying to connect to different channel on the chat?
Are you behind a proxy?Firewall?
I would try running in without a proxy and firewall to see if you can connect back in.
It might just be a temporary issue.

P.S. You might want to edit out your IP and ISP from your post it's not a good idea to post that kind of info on such a public forum.
Just for your own safety.

I looked into this and cant find whats going on with firewall on or off i still cant get in to it. any other sugestions?

when you are into the chat can you connect on any other channel?
Go to channel and connect to any other different channel just to see if the ABA channel is the only one that's causing the problem.

hey buddy thanks for the responce -- i cant connect to it at all and or select any channels.
The error comes up as soon as i open the chat and try to switch channels it says not conected and thats the end of the road....unable to proceed

Do you have Nortons, Firefox? Try using the opposite browser to what you are trying with.
