MagicJack
Hey guys just a little info on the MagicJack. I got mine in today. I opened it up and just inserted into the USB port and waited about 2 minutes and there it was. I had a local number also I had the choice of using my existing telephone number. You must register before you can use. It's just your address and email address.
All that is need is a broadband connection. I tried it on my laptop with my wireless connection, and it works perfect!
This comes with a 30 day trial.
I mentioned a month or two ago that I was going to order on and post results here.
It's 40 buck to get it and it covers your first year os service. After the first year it is 20 bucks a year after with no phone bills after.
I will post any updates if anyone is interested in more and it is available.
This just a head up kind of deal and I do not sell them... Just passing along the info to you.

Re: MagicJack
I'm not that very familiar with Skype. I have Vonage also. I'll try this for the 30 days and probably keep the MagicJack. The sound is just as clear if not better sound than Vonage.
You don't need anything to hook up to this, it just plugs into you USB and plug any type of Phone into the end of the MagicJack and working.. That's what I call easy.
Here is a link to thier website for more information and to see actually how this baby hooks up.
20 Buck a year after the initial 40 for the first year with a 30 day trial.
