i want a recevier that is user freinly not the best with computers

viewsat, captive works, and sonicview are the most popular and have about the best support. check out the receiver review section for more info.

I started out with a Pansat 3500, and my second box was a Viewsat Ultra. Those are the only two I have experience with, but the Viewsat is hands down much more user friendly, and support has been great.
