Boredom
How do you cure it?
What kind of hobbies float your boat. Leave ABA out of it, you must enjoy doing other things I'm sure.
For a start.......
I play the guitar. (acoustic, electric and dabble with bass)

Re: Boredom
I build stuff, right now, skirting, fencing, with a deck, lean to and solarium in the future. Enjoy watching my garden grow too.
For hobbies, I like photography, arts and crafts, done alot of sailing, and of course, horses, dogs and when money permits, travel. Tried guitar, have a beautiful acoustic one, hand made for me, but, I suck at it. Such a shame, but, no matter how hard I try. Can't do it. Learnt a couple of really old tunes, early 1900's that type of thing, but strum ... forget it.

Re: Boredom
What do you guys fish for?? Used to do alot of ice fishing in Alberta. Caught rainbow trout. That was a blast, back in the "Zee" days. Drive onto the ice, dig a hole, put a really small bobbel on the line, get back in the truck, have a dubee, turn the moody blues on louder, hop out when the bobbel bobbed. I am having a brain fart, bobbel, floater what the hell are those things called? The little plastic ball, that bobs up and down to say .... "I want to come for dinner, ooopppss, I am dinner".

Re: Boredom
I read a lot, mostly older literature and and history. Love to play piano, only wish my guitar playing was as good. Oh and for downtime...i play tons of video games, childish but it is a blast.

Piano ..... that is so cool, I am so un-musical ..... what type of music to you enjoy playing the most? From your post it sounds as if you are quite accomplished.

Raised in a very musical family, learned to play a lot of instruments. Though i have only mastered the piano and can play the guitar at an average level. Mostly older music, the classics. Not that impressive, but i can hold my own.

Can't believe that I forgot that ... and yes they were red & white .. one day I got a rainbow so large that his body wouldn't get threw the top of the hole, only his head came out. It was so cold and the top of the hole had narrowed. I will never forget him, darn near think he blinked at me as he slid back down. Never heard of the onion sack trick, why didn't you just drive onto the ice? Vehicles have nice warm heaters, stereo and it you get really tired there is always the back seat for a sleep. My ex & I used to go a night cause the light from the truck would attract the fish to the hole. Too bad he was such a ________, otherwise, it would have been perfect. Warm truck, tons of stars, lots of fish, good music and some great "herbal delight".
So have you figured out a date for the party?

Re: Boredom
When I find myself bored I indulge in my hobby of collecting empty alcohol containers. I collect 40 oz. ones mostly. the best part is emptying them.

Re: Boredom
If you buy the bottle full, or find the bottle full...Its only reasonable and responsible to drink the contents.
