Update - Transat Electronics

Just want to give members an update .......
Last Sunday I had posted that I had an issue with above noted dealer. Numerous posts were received from members, most were supportive of our issue and some were not. Also, the Dealer responded on this site. After a couple of emails exchanged between myself and Luke from Transat Electronics, I decided to visit their store last week. They made a very generous offer to resolve the issue which really was not necessary. We agreed upon a win-win offer which essentially was accepted by me.
As such, I wish to report that all the issue have been satifactorily resolve between us.
Would like to thank all the members/Mods on this site including those who did not support our cause and consider this matter closed.

We should have never had to step in...They should have sorted it out at the store among the employee's. avoid headaches.
