Hello and welcome to ABADSS. A better statement of the problem would make it much easier to help you. Is this a brand new install? What sats are you trying to receive. What LNBs/dish do you have? What have you downloaded, read, installed etc, and at what stage of the installation are you?

First of all, you are not supplying much info on your problem making it difficult for us to help you. Second you should post this in the Nfusion Help section and you will get help quicker from the people who own them.
For example what sats are you pointed at? What switches do you have installed? Have you downloaded and read Nfusion Guide for Newbies available from this site? Are you on Factory bin or have you loaded the latest bin file? Are you connected to a router? Do you have an IP address on the box? What does the service message say on the PPV channels?
Supply this type of info and we can have you up and running in no time.
