what is the best viewsat for the money. Have pansat 2700 and just looking at upgrading. Thanks

Ultra is the next best thing, unless you want HD channels or a pvr unit.

take a look at the viewsat ultra the vs pro is a good stb but its still in beta stages the ultra is stable and the picture quality is awesome and the support is fantastic.

hi all, got a question and may be a dumb one but i have a vs ultra and hooked up the prv cables at back green blue etc and have a bird pointed at nimiq 2 scanned and got all the hd channels but they will not come in , is that becuase the vs ultra does not support hd channels the best picture i can get says 480i on the regular channels for nimq 1,3 but on nimiq 2 just a scrammbled picture.....please help, i'm thinkinng maybe the vs ultra just doesa not have the hd capabilities. thanks

I think u need to solicit the desired help in the appropriate ULTRA help section as ur post is UNRELATED to the start up post on this thread..??

Ok as indicated in the preceeding post VS-ULTRA is hugly popular n is well recieved by every one for it's user friendly features n cost effectiveness..reliability n support..

Wonderful reciever with excellent support n rave reviews from many that have owned the reciever for an extended time..

If looking for high end there is again a wide diverse selection available from Viewsat in a range to address ur budget n needs..

Meantime there is a dedicated section for reciever reviews here at ABADss that u may want to explore..gud luk n stay rt here with ABADss for all ur updates n resoiurces to take it to the next level folks.....

looking for a new receiver, abadss has the place for you.
