Guy in Bell truck kaking photos
There is a guy driving a Bell Canada truck that has been driving around Victoria BC taking photos of houses with Satelitte Dishes!
I have seen this guy now on three different houses this past weekend.
Is there any information as to what's up?

It's just scare tactics. He's not a cop, doesn't have a warrant, and won't be able to get one so nothing to worry about.
