Welcome to ABA. Sorry I don't know that stb but have you looked in the neosat ipro "help section"? Go to the upper left hand corner drop down box, go to neosat and click "go". You can also post your question in that section so that someone that knows more about it will get back to you sooner. Hope you find the information you need. Good luck testing. Again, sorry I can't help you.

The pro 1000 is a worthless receiver at this time, it has not IKS now and no new bin files since Jan. It has no support at this time. An ip address will not do you any good.

neosat ipro 1000 is made by AMT (same co. as nfusion nova.) just a diff importer.
many people think its same co. as neosat ipro 2000 because of the name.
just fyi.
when nfusion nova coders split,they left ipro 1k users high and dry for the new nfusion nova.(both same stbs.but they added a little ram and changed the tuner and incorporated a tuner check so neo 1k can't run the iks)
one side called it competition.the other side called it greed.you decide.
