Re: Anybody ready for hunting season...
nice ones jc. bow season started here last week hadn't gone yet. got 30 acres of woods behind my house with 6 tree stands scattered around. spent all winter and spring building one thats closed in. looks like a guard tower. two automated feeders and even put a camera down there last summer with a motion sensor to see what time they come in. got some nice pics of some nice bucks that were taken around 5a.m. hope those big boys are there during daylight hours.

Re: Anybody ready for hunting season...
dont get this hunting thing ,those animals like deer and moose look far better roaming wild in nature ,i dont think that murdering an annimal then beheading it and mounting it on your wall as some kind of trophy is something to be proud of ,just the thought of killing one of these beautifull beasts makes me cringe ,and i hate when they call it a sport ,which it is not ,a sport is when two opponants are on an even playing field ,not much of a fight when one opponant has a gun or crossbow while hiding in a tree waiting for some animal to wander into there gun sight ,but if thats what you are into then good luck ,just try to make the kill quick and painless ....
