Rep power

I know that this question has been asked and answered before but I guess I'm just not computer savvy enough to find it so just bear with me. How would I give rep points to someone if I felt like they deserved them?

Hit the little icon that looks like a scale just below your user name. The triangle if lit tells us if the user is online, then the rep scales then the orange triangle is to report a post which contains spam etc.

With the symbol between the yellow diamond that shows your status, (online or offline) and the orange diamond with the plus in it (report post)

Thanks guys. I knew it was simple but my simple mind wouldn't let me remember it. I think I may have ate too many shrimp and carrots!
