I hope no one falls victim to this man (Mike Choi)
Hello everyone. I am by no means new to FTA. I resently purchased 4 new Viewsat ultras from FTAdeals online and was ripped of to the tune of nearly 600 dollars by what I believe is one of your VIP members. Took my money and

help@ftadeals.com gave me fake FedEx tracking numbers. These are all Mr. Chois sites so that no one else gets ripped off. I am not the only person he has been doing this to as other sites are reporting the same person and the same sites. I hope this saves some one the problems he has created for me. As for the VIP Membership I speak of. He mentions he is a member of this site on Google. Thank you for your time. |

Took this right from one of the web sites mentioned:
"Nfusioninc.*** was started in mid-2008 and is entirely run by the guys at FTApros.com, based in Los Angeles, California.
I'd start your search there, the domain registration data associated with the domains you provided are ALL private, no worthwhile addresses.

I feel for you man, but why would you purchase products from companies that you know nothing about? All you have to do is ask for opnions of who to purchase from and you will get an answer. If you use one of our sponcers, you will never get ripped off. I keep two companies that I am confortble with and always order from them.

how long ago did you purchase this stbs, may be is been a delate on the shipping or the post office has misplace your shipment,it hapened to me onece and I thaught I wass been reeped and guess what?; a month later I got my receiver and it wass the post office who misplace it becouse I checked the shipping day and it wass right like the vendor said.
I'm not saying this to cover for him or anything like that but this type of things happen,wish you good luck,and hope you get your receivers.

The tracking numbers he sent me were fakes. FedEx has worked with me to try to find them but they were never shipped out. Thanks to everyone for the support and my lesson is learned. Just don't get taken by this guy. Thanks again. hend1048

I was able to get my money back. I don't understanded hacked and hope He is a good person to deal with but after 2 weeks of leaving phone messages on his answering machine with no replies a person has a sense that he or she has been burnt. I learned a lesson with this and will never send money over the internet again. I will drive to Texas to get recievers from now on.

While I think in this instance the crux is that perhaps your expectations were not met, could they have called you sure, did they, it seems not, is that less than stellar customer service, of course it is.
But to brand ALL internet sellers as BAD (as the by product of one experience) is perhaps a bit extreme. I've ordered a wide cross section of items, software, electronics, clothing, LNB's all from Internet based sellers and had no problems.
I am glad to hear that you heard from the Seller (Vendor) that makes me feel a whole lot better about your situation. Glad to know you didn't lose anything (except perhaps time).
