Dual output LNB to use for single reiever?
what's up everyone? I didn't get my receiver yet, wasn't at home to sign for it but they will be back out here tomorrow. my question now is I had DTV that allowed the lnb hook up to 2 receivers, I no longer have them "DTV", can I use the same lnb to hook up 1 receiver the cw800s?, and also can I pick up international channels with the cw800s if I get another dish?
Thank You for all your replies.

Re: Dual output LNB to use for single reiever?
if the dtv lnb is the single eye lnb then yes you can use it to pickup 1 sat unless you have a motor
yes the cw800 will pickup the same channels as all other stbs except hd channels

Re: Dual output LNB to use for single reiever?
Thank You Bigevil69. so does it matter which coax I use to run to my receiver? or is it the same? If I pick up another receiver later on can I use the other coax from the same lnb to view different program?
Once again Thank You

also I want to try to pick up 110 and 119, so then do I just buy another single eye lnb and duck tape it to the right?
Thank You

take and lock this one on 110w then get another one and attach to the left side (standing behind the dish) of that lnb but it will have to be just a little bit higher
use tie straps instead of duct tape and once you get it set just right then run some super glue around the seam of where the 2 meet

Re: Dual output LNB to use for single reiever?
hey that's pretty good poor mans there big e.
also it helps to slightly tip the second lnb inward a tad as well.
ideal for future will be to grab a dish 500 and use that dtv dish for 91w down the road.(even poor man it for 91/82 again too if ya want 82)

Re: Dual output LNB to use for single reiever?
Brackets to Hold two LNB's on Standard 18 inch dish for 119 and 110. By adding this Braket to your 18" you can convert your dish into a Dish500 to receive satellite signal from 110,119.
OR YOU COULD BUY ONE OF THESE....................
