Two satellite television giants are suing a Winnipeg based provider for five-million dollars each alleging the business is helping customers steal pay per view events.

Direct TV and **** Express Vu claim Freeway Support Services is fraudulently selling so-called grey market technology that helps its customers unlawfully receive and decode programming signals.

The suits are asking a court to prevent the company from distributing the alleged services in Canada and the U--S. Direct and **** are also seeking the names and addresses of Freeway's customers and suppliers.

A representative of the defendant declined comment.

The allegations have not been proven in court.

Go to their website, it's just asking for trouble, what an idiot. His site has Bev DN DAve and Starchoice as products that they offer. Call themselves a Brokerage Service for those who can't reach a Service Provider by phone(WTF!!!) Surely illegal, but right out there for all to see.

I do feel sorry in a way for the folks that signed up for this so called "companies" services now considering that the courts may get there personal info.
