You are right about price range and features you want. Also look at up times and support. Nfusion is a good unit it about the best for up time and the support is the best. But the unit do have couple little problems but what unit don't.

If you want a solid system I would go with a Sonicview or Viewsat. If you want a box with a fix for N3 quicker than most then you would get a Nfusion. I would start looking around at some of the site sponsors, be leery of Ebay. There has been a lot of clones sold to people on ebay.
