new sat ciel 2 at 129 do we move our current 129 to the new position

with all the 129 channels being moved to 119 and 110 and the new ciel2 are we going to have to adjust the current 129 we are using now to the new ciel location 129 its only a couple of degrees or is dn going to have to come and adjust everyones dish for the new spot for hd?

no they are the same but you will see that some are dropping off so all you have to do is re-scan the sat .. and you will pick up the channels again

a bunch of my channels went down and all i did was re scan and got them all back

yes me too i rescanned a couple of days ago without knowing that ther was any channel moing going on and got a bunch of channels on 110 and thought i just got double channels but then realized the hole mess was being moved and did some checking and seen that sat 129.98 and sat 129.76 were going to awful close and didnt thint there was going to be an adjustment because that would cost dn lots in service calls because of lost signals for hd anyway

Hey TC, I did re scan and still nothing. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. It's driving me nuts!! (or more nuts...LOL)

i did a factory reset and then put in all my sat settins an just rescanned some of the channels are not all moved yet but as i said most of mine came in on 110 and a few on 119

when was the last time you scanned peg .. if you find a&e or wgn was moved also so guys just wait unil you loose some and then scan they are doing it almost every day .. ..

just a hint check out CG post and see the tp and you can scan each seperatly then delete the ones that don't work thats what i did .

I just scanned about 2hours ago after reading CG's post and noticed almost all my channels around the 6333 are gone...no signal. Those are the ones I normally watch 129 on for HD. I still have 239 WGN and A&E ch118. I don't think I'm scanning the TP right because the numbers kind of lost me.

Do you think I should do the whole factory reset thing??
I'm feeling kind of dumb right now, I can usually figure this stuff out. Thanks for your help.

my sat shoed nosignal but i had q and it still does i dont know if its a bug in the file or what i have an nfusion hd and a nfusion sd and both say the same except for 119 port 1 it says i have q and signal i think your going to do a hard reboot and then if that dont work factory reset if you havent scanned for a long time it sounds like your afraid to do a factory reset just make sure your antenna settings are written down so you know what to put back in before you rescan
