ok what's goin on my sv360 elite is not working most channels no info or no signal did we got hit or are they on na3 please advise thanks

No reports of any problems. Try turning the back power switch off then on again.

I have done all what am supost to do still not working shut down back power install clean fac file, new bin, reload 110 and 119 nothing please advise thanks

Make sure your dish doesn't have snow or branches on it.

now is no signal and my signal=87 quality =98 but no picture or sound on any channel

love it bobo am in CA 42 mls E San Fransisco have not seen snow here for a long time (good 1) I cut all branches none here u are great on ur sugestion lol u made my day lol

nop I whent to original fac reset install all and set as I was all settings still nothing good signal and quality 89 and 97 and no snow or branches lol

I'm thinking maybe maybe water got into your switch or lnb. Do you have an external switch or is it built into your dish.

bobo u keep this up am going to $** luuuuffiinng I had to much fun last night I must of eat 10lb of crab on a fun raiser for our kids on the soccer team, tikets $40.00 drinks 130.00 I dont remember what time I got home and the wife ask me where did I go, and she was whit me LOL

just put on channel 200 cnn and let it sit for a few minutes there has been a key change and it needs to roll

Thanks big done it toooooooooooooooooooo there is something wrong and I dont know what it is and yes bobo I had a great time I got up as ususal 4am going to get ready by 7am put on my wet suit and go out w/some friends out in the delta on our JetSkies for something to eat and and few drinks

How about checking all your connections, TV, cables, etc. to see if anything needs to be tightened....sounds dumb but sometimes it helps. Check to see if autoroll is on. If not turn it on. Reload the last fix again, do a hard reboot and turn it on channel 200 or 239 and be patient....like at least 30 minutes without touching it. If none of that works, shoot it!! Just kidding!!! lol Let us know and have a great day!! Sounds like you have too much fun as it is....you don't need FTA!!! LOL j/k again!

Is your TV in the correct function, like on whatever you set it on to receive your signal/to watch your programs through the stb...I have cable and change to another setting to use my stb....I know it's another dumb thing to suggest but I've seen it happen.

ok i have seen mine do the same thing. all i do is put it on channel 500 and its starts showing good luck
