need some good wishes LOL
well guys i really hurt my back and have been off work for the last year and a half well i have been doing a work out program and this newest and last one was great ..
well tuesday next week i go back to work .. whew lets hope i do not hurt myself again .. .. i need some good wishes prayers etc.. from my abadss family as i love my job very physical but what a union ..they pay for it all ..
anyway wish me good luck .. and thanks

sure bud you can start a thread and i can answer some more questions viper set up me with a private code to hook up and it went well .. .. it was a config file that looks like it just hooked you up to a private server .. but worked well ..

been there done that tc..
I got injured at work, had shoulder surgery and was off work for 15 months.
It was a union job too, collected compensation..blah blah...nice little holiday...
I feel sorry for the people who get hurt at work and then have major problems with compensation, insurance companies, have to go into debt to get by, etc..
there the ones that need help.. and your prayers...
take it easy when you get back to work, common sense buddy.

I've been off for five years....no union! Have to fight for everything and lost my job too. The Company was smart and wouldn't let the Union in.
They cut my compensation in half...have no recourse. You are lucky you have the Union behind you.
