why cant i get into live support i am a member?
testing extreme vs and 250 pansat
and the vs extreme is going into auto roll more often today

Not sure but the best place to post questions is in the general help section for your receiver. The majority of us use the new post feature so we will see new posts no matter where they're posted pretty quick. And those who know your receiver best will often check the help sections for the receivers they know the best.
