Hi, my question is....If I download a movie on the internet, and can put it on a usb stick.. How can I view it through my coolsat or is that even possible? I hate to watch movies on my laptop, I would rather watch on the tv. I tried to burn a dvd but was not able to , was just able to put it on usb.

any help would be great

Use a program called convertxtodvd...

yes you will need to use a converter to change it into the same type of file readable by your reciever

I use nero for all my burning...... i know its old school but it works

thanks for the info. i have downloaded the software, but because it is a trial version, it says there will be a water mark on the dvd.

try downloading it from here
you'll need a torrent program to download it. google "bit torrent" and click the first link. It's easy to use, and it's free.

should of bought a cnx ,, my trio has built in dvix player,, put any avi file on a stick,,and it plays thru the stb,, very nice feature

limewire also handles torrents

utorrent is a great program for downloading torrents.
