is the lnb for 118 the same feq as the fta for 101 thats the ture fta r they same lnb can i use that lnb to catch 118

Ive got a Ultra 2000
,A 40" dish and a Pearl linear twin lnb
It looks like I.m on target but cant get my box to see satellite in Blue box.
Heres my #'s

Noise 0.2dB,.....Pearl Edition Twin
Settings are for 97.0w (Gal 25)
S-is 89

Can the view sat be used the same way the 4DTV receiver work for Big dish. Basically can I get C-band/Ku band programming for the view sat. I remember at one time during the N2 area, I was able to catch Nicktoons with sound, but no picture. The screen was black. Is this still possible. to hit C -band channels with the view sat?

Are there any FTA sats i can redirect my ultra to and recv International channels?.
I read its possible w/change to linear lnb.

So now that the 22nd has come and gone with no file release, shouldnt it be wise for viewsat to come out with some sort of stament to let the fta users know a little more on what happened or in this case what didnt happen?...what do you guys think ? Is it too late now for viewsat? Have they lost all credibility or is there still strong support from the fta comunnity for them???
