I tried to update my software on my CNX Mini to the new IX 200-E_A2.0.13 and when I go to download from USB, it starts to download then it freezes at about the begining of when the bar that shows the progress,,,
This is the first time that upload any software to the MINI since the dongles came out, when I purchased the Dongle it already had the software, so I don't know if there is something that I am missing that I should be doing.
Any help will be appreciated and let me thank you in advance for your responses.

I took a chance and bought the IX 200 Dongle for my old CNX Mini to try and revive it and the risk paid off............
So far very satisfied.
I remember when I bought this box when it first came out and I thought back then that the box was great and had a lot of features and that it was kind of ahead of its time,,,,,I also remember a lot of Viewsat Owners (i even bought one) and a few other boxes bashing it,,,,,,,,,,,ALL I GOT TO SAY NOW IS: "DON'T SLAM A PRODUCT JUST CAUSE AT THE TIME IS THE #1 SELLER."
Now other boxes are not working and CNX is, and i'm very happy I bought it a long time ago and it is still around.
I also wanna thank the members that reply to my queries when I was researching about purchasing the Dongle.
