Do i still need to use Wiznet ihub1.9 to upload the file or just straight up to a USB. Thanks.

would like to know if file v221 for sv360e is up or not on dn. i get cnn picture for about 30 seconds, then the tv goes black. are the servers down?

Ok, so finally i was able to update the ihub to 1.9 and also able to put the ihub serial number. now im still not getting channels, under user options "Gateway" and "DNS IP" have the same ip numbers, is it suppost to be the same? or different. i did a rescan of channels and nothing yet. please help out someone. do i have to update to the new sv360e file v0221? or can i see channels with the old one v219?

Hey guys my sat got upgraded and i just got my sonicview elite need help setting up my sonicview my sat are 119, 118, 110, 129 and i have a dpp44 switch thanks.....

i received the ihub today for first time setup, i tried some step by step instructions, my ihub came with 1.4 installed i tried installing 1.9 and got an error and now it show on the top left corner of wiznet version 82.0 what did i do wrong? please someone give me step by step instruction, also do i have to put the ihub serial number in to the stb, if so i couldn't do it either it has letters and numbers and to remote only has numbers. also i uploaded the 219 file to the sv360e it was succesful it rebooted, and said "Err" what is that? anyone i would appreciate the help.

I'm still getting "No service or scrambled" after loading ihub 1.9 and 2.19 file. Also did a hard reboot. And still no Luck. What's next??

Part 1
1) if your system was using DNS=YES and it works then goto "part 2"
2) Make sure your system works before proceeding.. Check USA (105)
3) Open your IPCONFIG and change to DNS=YES. Confirm Domain is correct, confirm ports, Once you have made sure all is correct check for picture.. if it works continue..if not.. reset router.. reset receiver..check again..
Part 2.
1) Load the new file on the receiver.
2) Open the Wiznet program.
3) Click Search.
4) make sure all the info is as shown below.. ( note: Your IP and Gateway will be different numbers but the same points shown below apply.) all the rest should be as shown in the picture below
5) Once you confirm the settings are correct.. Click "Setting"
6) Click Upload
7) Choose 1.9 (UNZIPPED) file. It will load. Close Wiznet.
8) Open Wiznet... Click "Search"
9) Confirm the Version is 1.9 and all settings are correct.. If anything has changed in settings... leave it alone for the moment and proceed.
10) Turn Receiver off..then On from rear switch.. Check for picture on USA (105). If it works... Close Wiznet..
11) If it didn't work.. Go back to Wiznet and repeat steps 4 and 5.
12) turn off receiver.. Reset router via the web interface. After the router completes its reboot..turn on receiver and look for connected message.
ONCE YOU GET IT WORKING LEAVE IT ALONE... DON'T OPEN WIZNET AGAIN.

if you're already up and running with IHUB 1.4 and SV360 Elite_206 or 209 or whatever and you want to upgrade to get all those juicy new channels here's how I did it first try:

-get the serial number off your ihub. You can pull the SV360E unit forwards and use a flashlight on the top of the ihub without removing anything, hopefully.
-erase the old ROM file from your USB stick (Like SV360Elite_206 or whatever)
-write the new one on it SV360Elite_v0219.rom
-slap it in your SV360 Elite. Front port is fine. It'll do its thing say yes.
-go to Menu--PVR--USB and hit yes.
-wait for reboot. hit blue button to safely remove the stick.
-do hard reset switch in back wait 5 seconds wait for screen to pop up etc.
-go to Menu---Installation--Version Info....verify the upload of the new ROM worked. It should be there under "main software" 2.19.
-go to Menu--Installation--ipconfig ("ipconfig" should be there as a choice in the menu but might not..it was there for me)
-choose DHCP, forget the numbers they'll all be zeros, then put your serial number in the bottom. Exit and wait. Yes the serial number field had all zeroes in it to start with-funny that.
-Hard reboot again with the switch on the back.
-open wiznet...scan for info you should see 1.4 in the top left.
-upload the new IHUB 1.9 bin file.
-Hard reboot the SV360 E again and you should be up with all your channels no sat scan necessary.
-bang zoom! straight to the moon!

Thats how it went for me. FWIW.

Oh yes there is a bit of freezing so far but its still good knock on wood. Thx Team Sonicview!!!!!

New released WIZ1x0 loader turned my ihub and receiver to BRICKED!

So far sv is worse than before the update. While they have added channels it is freezing more often and it seems the only way I can recover is to do a hard reboot. Anyone else having this issue?
