alright here is what we will do first find fatory default on captive 700 im actually not sure where it is do a factory default after that we are starting all new like we just bought the box ,after that go into antenna settings find your sat and add you settings for that sat ,after that reload bin 1.93 scann channels on that sat then do second sat

i tried to find a solution to our local channel problem so here is what i found so far, this post is from BIGEVIL so hopefully he is right he usually seems like he knows what he is talking about
